Hello again all,
As you can see I have not been able to upload any pictures or any kind of awesomeness because in my hostel they do not allow for picture uploading and I truly haven’t really had the time. But! A friend of friends did show up with his laptop and the hostel has free wireless internet so we may see some pictures coming soon.
A quick update is all I can do now. After my first couple of days in Italy we were already getting ready to set out for Barcelona to where we would spend New Years and the next 10 days. The day of was pretty relaxing mostly spent packing for our trip and watching a movie or 2 before leaving. We hitched a ride with family friend Fabianas soon to be Andrea all the way to Pisa airport where we were going to leave from. (more…)
Hi Everyone! I finally made it to Italy and just wanted to say Ciao!! I have a long travel story and more on my first day here with my little sister, but this is just a quick update for everyone. Many pictures to come soon!!
Ciao Ciao
**Before I start my story of this past weekend, I am going to be trying something new. I am going to create a kind of picture story. I will write everything out but have small thumbnails inside my story leading to a picture that shows that moment. Let me know what you think afterwards! Don’t forget to click the pictures for the larger version!!
Hi!!
As you can see from my title, I had one AMAZING weekend in Vegas for my friend Sarah’s 25th birthday. This trip had been planned for quite some time and I was extremely excited to get back to Las Vegas as I had not been there in a very long time! (more…)
Man it is getting cold outside. Yeeps!
Anywho, I wanted to take a tiny bit of time real quick to mention a movie that I have just watched just a few hours ago. I felt that this movie brought things forward very clearly and simply, so that everyone could understand.
The movie “An Inconvenient Truth” is a movie which follows former presidential candidate Al Gore as he creates a slide show to show the world about Global Warming. It takes for the most part no political stance, although it does jab the bush family a couple times (who doesn’t ya?). But, as someone who most know to be bi-partisan in every way, I can say that this documentary was very well done and something I feel would be great for everyone to watch.
So if you haven’t already you might want to check it out.
The movies website is – www.climatecrisis.net
Go Netflix it or something. Its not a thriller, or a heart stopper; but it can be an eye opener for many.
