Now, anyone of my 5 friends will tell you that I won’t exactly be the first in line the get an iPhone….in fact I probably wouldn’t wait in a line for an iPhone if they were giving them away; let alone for $2000 (over 2 years). I have to say though the blogging and news world and pretty much busting at the seems with crap about this thing so much so that I can’t ready any of my favorite RSS feeds or news sites without seeing the same damn picture over and over again. I counted 9 of my regular sites showing the new plan prices, 9!!! 3 of which don’t even cover technology!!!!!

Anyways, thats my rant about that. I won’t be posting any pictures or any prices. I may have to snap some shots of the idiots in line at the Apple store in San Francisco for everyone though or possibly the kid that gets shot when a guy steals his iPhone.

I instead decided to share with you my next interest for my next cell phone purchase. The Samsung A727, this beauty of a phone reminds me a lot of my current model the Samsung X820 which I have now called my favorite phone yet. The title taken away from Sony phone of years ago. This phone was also never released in the US…so its totally unique!!

I have had my share of smartphones and PDA phones and Windows Mobile phones and I realized 1 thing. I like my phone being mobile. Whole those other phones could do great things better than my current phone, they were big bulky and simply did not match the life style of going out at night. These TINY phones are perfect and matched with things like Gmail Mobile, Mobile Gmaps and Opera Mini they do everything I need!! So take that iPhone…..another one NOT in the books.

*disclaimer - if I end up with an iPhone eventually, which is def a possibility, don’t scream. Its probably either cause it was free or really cheap. And….I can’t help myself. I love gadgets and I love cell phones. I never said the iPhone was a Piece…just overrated;)
